Sample Call Transcript
CALL TAKER: 911, what is the address or location of the crash
CALLER: It is on County Road 12 near the bridge, a truck rolled over into the ditch.
CALL TAKER: Do you see any street signs or landmarks
CALLER: It is just past the old gas station, about a mile.
CALL TAKER: Tell me exactly what you see.
CALLER: The truck is on its side, the driver is still inside, the door will not open.
CALL TAKER: Is there any fire, smoke, or water around the vehicle
CALLER: No fire, but it is in a deep ditch and it is leaning.
CALL TAKER: Keep a safe distance in case the vehicle shifts. I am sending fire, rescue, and an ambulance.
